This role ensures accurate inventory records, efficient workflows, and full compliance with all applicable safety and regulatory standards for a firearms-industry warehouse.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESOversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and order fulfillmentRecruit, schedule, train, and supervise warehouse staff; provide ongoing performance feedback and coachingEnsure full compliance with all applicable safety standards and firearms-industry regulatory requirements for storage and handlingMaintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts and auditsCoordinate with purchasing, sales, and production teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillmentMonitor warehouse layout, equipment, and organization to maximize efficiency and safetyTrack key performance metrics such as order accuracy, on-time shipping, and inventory turnoverManage relationships with vendors and shipping carriersQUALIFICATIONS3+ years of warehouse management experience, ideally in manufacturing, distribution, or a regulated industryPrior experience with Microsoft Business CentralExperience with inventory management or warehouse management system (WMS) softwareStrong leadership, organizational, and team management skillsFamiliarity with OSHA safety standards; firearms industry experience a plusAbility to work effectively in a compliance-driven environmentWORK SCHEDULE & LOCATIONOn-site positionFull-time; schedule to be confirmed with hiring managerCOMPENSATION & BENEFITSCompensation: Commensurate with experience; discussed during the interview process.Benefits: Details to be confirmed with TISAS Arms Corp.
