Research Associate

Managing participant engagement for a NIDA-funded SBIR grant, the full-time Research Associate will coordinate recruitment, consent, and follow-up for telehealth buprenorphine treatment across multiple high-risk settings while handling data management in REDCap. Key responsibilities Coordinate and manage participant recruitment, eligibility screening, and informed consent across five sites Oversee data management in REDCap, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of discrepancies Provide administrative support, including documentation of site operations and drafting progress reports under the Study Director's guidance Required qualifications Master's degree in social work, public health, community health, psychology, or a related field 2+ years of experience working with marginalized populations in a clinical, community health, or research context Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage participants during challenging circumstances Commitment to harm reduction and improving the health of individuals with substance use disorders Experience with data entry and management, preferably in REDCap or similar platforms
