Assistant Project Manager

We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Assistant Project Manager to support our growing construction team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic who thrives in the field and ensures that materials, schedules, and logistics stay on track. You’ll be instrumental in supporting day-to-day operations, helping crews stay efficient and productive on job sites. Responsibilities: Schedule and deliver construction materials to job sites. Keep the warehouse clean and organized. Return unused or damaged materials to vendors. Drive company trucks and tow trailers. Assist in pulling permits and basic paperwork. Support the Project Manager with daily tasks. Communicate with suppliers and subcontractors. Monitor project progress and report issues. Follow safety protocols on all tasks. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (college/trade school a plus). Construction or warehouse experience preferred. Valid driver’s license with clean record. Comfortable towing trailers and driving trucks. Familiar with construction tools and materials. Strong communication and time management skills. Basic computer proficiency.
