Position Overview We are looking for an NNP who wants to be part of a stable, collaborative, and cohesive group of NNPs and neonatologists. Exceptional new graduates will be considered! 24 bed Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) with an average daily census of 13 babies Over 1,900 deliveries per year; 300 NICU admissions per year A positive and collaborative environment is facilitated by a very supportive relationship between physicians and APRNs. 24/7 NNP coverage with on‑call neonatologist at night. Flexible, 24‑48‑hour shifts support an excellent work‑life balance. Our physicians and APRNs use a multidisciplinary team approach in managing clinical care. Leadership, policy development, mentoring, education, and quality improvement opportunities.
