HIV Health Outcomes Researcher

Our client, a leading organization in healthcare research and development, is seeking a HIV Health Outcomes Researcher to join their team. As a HIV Health Outcomes Researcher, you will be part of the Global Health Outcomes department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: HIV Health Outcomes Researcher

Location: Durham, NC (onsite)

Pay Range: $50-53/hr
Contract : 6 Months

What's the Job?

• Support the development of non-interventional studies on disease burden, treatment patterns, and patient experiences related to HIV.
• Conduct systematic literature reviews, meta-analyses, and indirect treatment comparisons to inform research and strategic decisions.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and risks to ensure timely and compliant completion of studies.
• Collaborate with internal teams across medical, commercial, and market access functions to align research efforts.
• Communicate complex research findings clearly to internal and external stakeholders through presentations and reports.

What's Needed?

• Masters degree in health outcomes, patient-reported outcomes, health economics, epidemiology, pharmacy, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a research organization, academic center, or pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience with drug development, market access, and value evidence generation in the pharmaceutical sector.
• Training in economic modeling and observational study methodologies.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data clearly.
