Join a leading, physician-led GI group in Alexandria, Virginia, seeking a full-time Gastroenterologist. This role offers a lifestyle-friendly schedule with no call responsibilities, robust clinical support, and top-tier compensation. It is an ideal opportunity for both experienced GIs and new graduates looking for a high-volume, patient-focused environment with a clear partnership track. Practice Info 100% outpatient setting No nights, weekends, or on-call responsibilities Scoping days involve approximately 14 procedures Clinic days involve approximately 20 patients The group includes 12 mid-levels and 14 physicians EMR: G-Med (Modernizing Medicine) Compensation Base salary: Mid $500K+ for new grads Up to $600K+ for experienced Long-term earning potential: $700K – $1M+ Productivity-based RVU bonus Partnership track available (terms discussed during interview) Sign-on bonus Relocation assistance Benefits BCBS health, dental, and vision (with employer coverage for family) Generous PTO CME annual allowance with time-off 401K/403B with 3.5% match Malpractice covered Licensing fees covered Shift & Schedule 8 AM – 4 PM No call (no nights/weekends/on-call responsibilities) Requirements Board Certified / Board Eligible in Gastroenterology Active Virginia medical license or willing to obtain New grads welcome
