FNF Construction, Inc. is a general contractor providing heavy civil construction services throughout the Southwestern United States. The Equipment Operator performs skilled operation of heavy and light construction equipment to support earthwork, grading, demolition, pipe installation, and roadway construction activities. This position requires proficiency with equipment such as bulldozers, loaders, excavators, rollers, and backhoes, including the ability to cut grade, work around underground utilities, and use GPS machine controls when required. Operators are responsible for conducting daily pre-check, post-trip, fueling, and safety inspections, completing equipment status reports, and reporting mechanical issues promptly. Work involves physical tasks such as climbing, kneeling, steering, twisting, and occasional lifting up to 100 pounds. This is a safety-sensitive position requiring strict adherence to all safety procedures. Travel to various job sites is required.
