Join a global leader in medical devices developing innovative technologies used in spine and orthopedic surgeries. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll work across hardware, software, and manufacturing to build test systems, troubleshoot production issues, and drive product quality improvements.

Full‑time | W2 | M-F 8am- 5pm | On site Audubon PA

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or similar
• 5+ years of experience working with automated test systems in manufacturing
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware and system-level issues
• Experience with electronic test tools (oscilloscope, DAQ, etc.)
• Ability to interpret schematics, technical drawings, and BOMs
• Must be authorized to work. US Citizen or Green Card holder

➕ Nice-to-Have

• Experience with LabVIEW and/or TestStand
• Familiarity with PXI systems or NI hardware
• Programming experience in C# (.NET)
• Experience with SQL and data analysis/reporting
• Background in regulated industries (medical devices, aerospace, automotive)
• Understanding of V&V processes and compliance standards

What You’ll Do

• Design and develop automated electro-mechanical test systems
• Define and execute testing strategies from PCBA to final product
• Perform verification & validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) activities
• Troubleshoot production failures, conduct root cause analysis, and implement solutions
• Support manufacturing and suppliers to improve first pass yield (FPY)
• Maintain and enhance existing test systems, including regression testing
• Collaborate closely with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams
• Ensure compliance with medical device regulations and standards
