ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Interact with crew members and customers using our unique "Tropitude" to create a positive and fun atmosphere.
Deliver unparalleled hospitality to each customer, ensuring they have an amazing experience.
Be knowledgeable and proficient in each position within the cafe.
Successfully complete the Café Basics Training Program and Certified Trainer Program.
Ensure each station is operating to Tropical Smoothie Cafe's standards.
Train and coach crew members during each shift to uphold brand standards.
Utilize tools to accomplish goals, manage labor, and control inventory.
Perform any additional tasks necessary to run the cafe smoothly.

Requirements:

Prior experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry.
Legally able to work within State and Federal guidelines.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Continuous standing and walking throughout each shift.
Bending, lifting, and carrying up to 50 pounds for stocking, refilling ice, or taking out trash.
Constant face-to-face interactions with crew members and customers.
Safely navigate in a fast-paced cafe environment.
Ability to multi-task and remain positive in sometimes stressful working conditions.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Most shifts are eight hours, but this may vary.
Expect some early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and/or holiday hours, with additional opening/closing responsibilities.
Lead crew members by demonstrating Tropical Smoothie Cafe's core values in all interactions.
Comply with the Tropical Smoothie Cafe Employee Handbook, uniform, and personal hygiene policies for each shift.
