Catering Lead

Catering Lead Panera Bread is seeking a reliable and people-oriented professional to manage catering operations in Clay, NY (State Route 31). The role involves planning, ordering, delivering, and ensuring a high standard of service for catering events. Responsibilities Manage and produce catering orders for guests, ensuring prompt and accurate delivery. Provide warm, friendly service and effective communication to create memorable experiences. Assist with delivering orders to event sites and maintain food safety & quality standards. Market Panera Catering to local businesses, schools, and events. Support managers and team members as needed and contribute to a culture of warmth, belonging, and growth. Qualifications Minimum age: 18 years. Completion of basic food safety training (Food Handler’s Card required by law). Strong interpersonal and communication skills; self‑starter who meets goals with limited supervision. Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities. Own vehicle with an acceptable driving record for delivery duties. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and in a fast‑paced environment. Physical ability to lift, carry, push, or pull 25–50 pounds and stand/walk up to 3 hours. Ability to communicate clearly and quickly in a loud environment.
