Performance & Analytics Manager (Workforce Programs)

Career Team is seeking a Performance Manager to conduct analyses of workforce activities, evaluate policy compliance, and drive quality improvement. The role reports to the Project Director and works within the Deep East Texas Workforce Development Area. You will support performance enhancement through data-driven insights and technical assistance.
