Job Title: RN Step Down Profession: RN Specialty: Step Down Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 06:45 PM - 07:15 AM Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: RN License Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH Certification Must-Have: Experience in medical, DKA, cardiac, GI, renal, sepsis, trauma, and surgery Description: This position is located in a dedicated stroke unit. The unit has 30 beds. The nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:4. Candidates should be proficient in caring for diverse medical conditions. Experience with critical care within the specified specialties is essential. Strong assessment and communication skills are required. The role involves providing comprehensive nursing care to patients in a step-down setting.
