We are seeking a ServiceNow Enterprise Architecture and Solutions Resource for a remote contract role.

***Must be US Citizen or Green Card holder. No 3rd party candidates

Scope of the project:

Resource will work with internal teams and stakeholders to review current ServiceNow configuration and related CSDM data model. The resource will help establish and document an end-to-end NPR intake process using ServiceNow Demand Management, demand tasks, decision records, dashboards, and technical review checkpoints. The resource will also support architecture round table (ART) by defining how demands should be screened, routed, technically reviewed, and dispositioned.

What you’ll do:

·         Perform ServiceNow EA and CSDM review. Summarize the current state, target-state considerations, configuration gaps, and data model risks.

·         Documented end-to-end process using ServiceNow Demands, including intake form guidance, demand lifecycle, required fields, review routing, decision points, handoffs, and outcomes.

·         Perform ServiceNow Configuration and data recommendations

·         Perform knowledge transfer and make recommendations

What we’re looking for:

·         5 years of experience with ServiceNow architecture, CSDM, Demand Management

·         Experience designing intake workflows, demand lifecycles, review boards, approval or decision tracking, dashboards, business application and service instance modeling.

·         Strong ServiceNow hands on experience.
