A proud Ole Miss graduate, I transitioned from being an SVP of Operations for a nationwide property management company to becoming a State Farm agent 13 years ago. Im actively involved in the Wimberley community, serving on the board of KWVH local radio station and previously on the boards of the Chamber of Commerce and Camp Good Sam. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Byron Eckols - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
