Business Management Associate

Job Description We’re looking for a Business Management Associate to join the Business Management team at Kronos, a leading quantitative trading firm in digital assets. You’ll support day-to-day operations, track performance across internal and external strategies, and help coordinate strategic initiatives across teams and partners. This role offers broad exposure to trading operations, investor engagement, and cross‑functional project execution in a fast‑paced environment. Responsibilities Support the daily operations of our crypto trading and asset management business by collaborating on a variety of initiatives. Assist in preparing investor materials, internal reports, and onboarding documentation. Conduct analysis on trading strategy performance and market developments. Help improve internal workflows by identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutions. Support communications and collaboration with exchanges, brokers, fund administrators, and service providers. Monitor and report on project progress; identify risks and flag potential delays. Support the planning and execution of business initiatives by managing schedules, aligning stakeholders, and tracking deliverables. Assist in maintaining timelines, identifying blockers, and communicating status updates across teams. Help ensure cross‑functional alignment in operational workflows and external deliverables. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. 1–3 years of relevant experience in trading, operations, business management, or project coordination. Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; knowledge of Python or SQL is a plus. Clear and structured communicator who thrives in cross‑functional environments. Interest in trading, market structure, and crypto financial infrastructure. Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
