Shifts: 6 Saturday or Sunday shifts in a 6-week period


Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN for a Travel position in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) in Asheville, NC. This unique opportunity requires a high level of clinical competence and flexibility in a dynamic environment. Candidates will enjoy working in a setting equipped with lifts, chest tubes, cardiac drips, stable vented patients, and trachs, utilizing the Cerner EMR system.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - PCU - Travel

• Provide comprehensive care to step-down and med-surg patients with a patient ratio of 1:3-4 for step down and 1:4-6 for med-surg
• Perform trach care, manage chest tubes, and conduct wound dressing changes
• Collaborate with medical professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Adjust to floating between other med-surg and progressive care units as required

Requirements of the RN - PCU - Travel

• 2 years of nursing experience
• Experience working with trachs
• Current ACLS/BLS certifications
• Preferred: Previous experience with Cerner
