We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. If you enjoy working with numbers, staying organized, and helping clients, we'd love to hear from you. Schedule: This is a year-round position with seasonal hours. January Office Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Required Schedule: 40 hours per week. February-April (Tax Season) Office Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.; Saturday, 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Required Schedule: 40-45 hours per week. May-December Office Hours: Monday - Thursday, 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.; Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Required Schedule: 32 hours per week, paid for 40 hours . Primary Responsibilities Perform daily bookkeeping using QuickBooks. Reconcile monthly bank and financial statements. Process weekly payroll. Prepare and submit weekly and monthly payroll tax payments. Prepare payroll and information reporting forms, including Forms 941, W-2, W-3, 1099, and 1096. Answer phones, assist clients, and schedule appointments. Provide general administrative support as needed. Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Two or more years of bookkeeping, accounting, or related experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Ability to learn new processes and software quickly. Preferred Qualifications Experience using QuickBooks. Associate degree or coursework in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related field. Benefits Retirement plan. Paid time off (PTO). Paid holidays.
