Job Title: Occupational Therapist Profession: Therapy Specialty: Rehabilitation Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Shift Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years of current acute care experience License: Active Kansas licensure required Certifications: BLS Must-Have: - Minimum 6 months of current acute care experience - Knowledge of ESTIM, patient lifts, ADL equipment, gym equipment, and IADLs Description: Travel Occupational Therapist position available. This role requires working every other weekend. The unit has a total of 41 beds with an estimated 15-20 therapy staff daily across disciplines. The position entails carrying a treatment load of up to 6 hours within an 8-hour shift. Clinicians are responsible for tracking time and charges to ensure that each patient meets their therapy requirements. Experience in acute inpatient rehabilitation is preferred. Candidates with lymphedema certification or neuro certification/experience will be prioritized. The facility features state-of-the-art technology and a fully equipped IADL kitchen. We are looking for team players who are flexible with treatment times. The ideal candidate should be a hands-on clinician willing to provide exceptional care.
