Role Description
As an Account Representative for The Ron Willis State Farm Agency, you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your creativity and professional sales strategies while promoting our agency's continued growth. You will play an important role in helping grow our agency by building relationships with prospective customers and educating them about State Farm insurance products and services. Your diversified marketing and sales approach will help shape our brand's public image and cultivate relationships with new and existing clients. Responsibilities

• Market and sell commercial insurance policies.
• Generate new business by making outbound calls, following up on marketing leads and referrals, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate customer records.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers by delivering exceptional customer service during every interaction.
• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of State Farm Insurance products and services to educate customers and recommend appropriate coverage solutions.
• Identify customer needs and uncover opportunities to provide additional products and services that add value.
• Consistently seek opportunities to generate referrals, cross-sell additional products, and contribute to the agency's continued growth.
• Collaborate with agency team members to support office initiatives, customer retention, and agency growth.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Experience in sales or customer service preferred
• Must possess or be willing to obtain the required Property & Casualty insurance license through our accelerated 10-day licensing and training program.
