Job Title: PHLpreK Lead Teacher
Location: Wonderspring – New Market West Center
Pay: $20.00 -22.28 per hour
- Create and Implement lesson plans along with the Lead Teacher
- Supervise children in your care
- Lead and manage all tasks associated with the daily schedule
- Develop a strong relationship with your School District team
- Complete required documentation for the center, school district and child development
- Build a strong, respectful relationship with your Assistant Teacher
- Observe, document, and celebrate each child’s progress, sharing their victories (big and small) with proud parents.
- Minimum of an Associate’s degree in ECE/EDU or a related field
- 2+ years of experience working with children
- Strong teamwork and flexibility
- Leadership to build a strong teaching team
- Ability to keep information private
- Basic knowledge of childcare rules
- Must meet all required clearances and health checks
