There’s no one like you and that’s why there’s nowhere like RSM.**Job Responsibilities*** Manages multiple accounting advisory engagements supporting capital markets transactions and complex accounting matters.* Applies strong technical accounting knowledge to assess transaction impacts and financial reporting considerations.* Coordinates engagement planning, execution, and delivery to meet client expectations and timelines.* Reviews technical accounting analyses and client deliverables for accuracy and quality.* Supervises and develops senior associates and supervisors across concurrent engagements.* Collaborates with internal specialists and service lines to deliver integrated Deal Services Advisory support.* Identifies opportunities to improve engagement efficiency and enhance client value.**Minimum Qualifications*** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent.* 6–11 years of experience* CPA or equivalent certification.* Strong U.S. GAAP and financial reporting knowledge.* Experience leading teams across multiple engagements.**Preferred Qualifications*** Experience supporting capital markets or transaction related engagements.* Background in complex accounting analysis or audit readiness.* Professional services or consulting experience.**Additional Role Expectations*** Travel: Up to 25%, depending on engagement needs.* Peak Periods: Increased workload during active deal phases.* Licensure Progress: Active CPA maintenance.* Scheduling: Flexibility aligned to transaction timelines.At RSM, we offer a competitive benefits and compensation package for all our people.
