What You'll Do

• Lead the conceptualization, design, and production of high-quality visual assets across diverse platforms, including digital, social media, video, and traditional print, setting new standards for creative excellence.
• Apply cutting-edge user-centered design principles to craft intuitive, engaging interactive experiences and impactful digital campaigns that captivate and convert, pushing the boundaries of digital engagement.
• Champion brand consistency and strategic alignment, ensuring all visual assets strictly adhere to brand guidelines and core marketing objectives, fortifying the brand's presence and message.
• Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, marketing leads, and external partners, guiding campaigns from initial concept through to successful execution, fostering a culture of innovation and shared success.
• Master simultaneous project management, consistently delivering polished, high-impact creative within fast-paced, dynamic environments, showcasing your ability to thrive under pressure and deliver exceptional results.

What You'll Bring

• A minimum of 5 years of professional design experience in marketing, advertising, or digital design, with at least 4 years gained within an agency or in-house team setting.
• A comprehensive and compelling design portfolio showcasing strong creative execution across Video, Print, Digital, and Social channels.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro/After Effects) and Microsoft Office.
• In-depth knowledge and practical application of advertising principles, graphic design fundamentals, user experience (UX), and interactive design.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, a highly collaborative mindset, and a proven track record of consistently meeting tight deadlines.
