Dual-Site Assistant Property Manager (LIHTC)

FPM - Affordable Housing

Retirement Housing Foundation (RHF) is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support daily operations at Paseo at Californian and Bonnie Brae in Los Angeles, two senior residential communities totaling 106 units. The role is split between both locations, with 20 hours per week at each community. You will assist with resident services, administrative duties, financial activities, and LIHTC compliance, while fostering professional, confidential service to residents. #J-18808-Ljbffr FPM - Affordable Housing
