Job Title: Warehouse Worker - Outbound Dock Team
Job Description
This role supports the outbound operations of a modern distribution center by sorting, securing, and loading products for shipment. You will work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment where accuracy, safety, and teamwork are essential to ensure orders leave the facility on time and in excellent condition.
Responsibilities

• Sort totes and cases onto designated carts according to outbound requirements to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Wrap and securely strap carts to protect products and ensure safe transport from the facility to their final destination.
• Load prepared carts onto trailers for delivery in an efficient and safe manner.
• Handle materials throughout the outbound dock area, including moving, staging, and organizing products as needed.
• Perform general labor and packing tasks to support daily outbound production goals.
• Follow established safety procedures and operational guidelines while working in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with team members and contribute to a high-performing, team-oriented dock operation.

Essential Skills

• Ability to perform physically demanding work for extended periods, including lifting, moving, and handling totes, cases, and carts.
• Strong attention to detail to accurately sort and handle products according to outbound requirements.
• Capability to work effectively in a fast-paced distribution environment.
• Reliability and consistency in attendance and performance to support daily outbound operations.
• Willingness to follow safety protocols and operational procedures at all times.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Prior experience in a physically demanding role is preferred but not required.
• Experience with packing, production, general labor, or material handling is an asset.
• Comfort working as part of a large team on a busy warehouse floor.

Work Environment
This position is based in a modern distribution center equipped with automated systems. The facility is clean and heated, though it is not cooled during the summer months. You will work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment alongside approximately 80 to 100 frontline workers on the floor, where teamwork and coordination are essential. The schedule typically runs Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, with Wednesdays off, and shifts generally start at 11:00 a.m. and continue until work is finished, usually between 9:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. Dress code is typical for a warehouse setting and supports safe, comfortable movement while performing physically demanding tasks.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lincolnton, NC.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
