This is a Part Time position based in Roseville, MN.
Hours: Mon-Fri, 4PM-9PM
Responsibilities
·Proactively communicate with and provide support to operations team
·Perform proficient and accurate alpha and numeric data entry into web-based systems
·Assist with retail import, export and surface shipments as required
·Verify system information to bill of ladings to ensure accuracy
·Review documents for pertinent information and accuracy before documents are scanned
·Track overages, shortages, and damaged freight (OS&D)
Requirements
·Proficient computer skills with the ability to navigate within related Microsoft programs
·Excellent verbal and written communication skills
·Problem-solver, with great attention to detail, organization, and follow-up skills
