St. Joseph Heritage Medical Group is seeking a compassionate and collaborative Palliative Care physician to join a growing team in Orange, California. This unique opportunity offersa blend of both inpatient and outpatient palliative medicine, allowing you to build meaningful relationships with patients and families while providing comprehensive support through serious illness management.


Join a highly respected multidisciplinary team dedicated to improving quality of life through expert symptom management, goals-of-care discussions, advance care planning, care coordination, and end-of-life support. You will work closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, social workers, chaplains, case managers, and other specialists to deliver holistic, patient-centered care.


This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who enjoys developing long-term patient relationships, collaborating across specialties, and helping patients navigate complex medical decisions with dignity and compassion.


Position Details:

• Full-time; hybrid inpatient and outpatient practice
  
• Supportive, interdisciplinary palliative care team
  
• Focus on quality of life, symptom management, advance care planning, and serious illness care
  
• Participate in complex care discussions and family meetings

Compensation and Benefits:

• Compensation between $293,912 and $329,798 annually
  
• Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement, and paid time off
  
• CME allowance and professional development support
  

The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.
