Key Responsibilities:

• Client Communication: Professionally manage calls to clients, providing excellent service and accurate information.
• Collaborate with Debt and Asset Stakeholders: Coordinate with debtors and transporters to facilitate the release of vehicles and personal property.
• Clerical and Administrative Tasks: Handle general office duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
• Research: Utilize multiple platforms to gather and verify critical information efficiently.

What Youll Need:

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
• Professionalism: Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Clean Background: Must have a clean criminal history.

Additional Requirements:

• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Maintain professional business attire and appearance
• Self-starter and ability to be a great team player
• Valid in-state driver's license and automobile insurance
• Resume must be uploaded, and application questionnaire must be completed for immediate consideration.
• Must be able to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
• Must pass pre-employment testing and onboarding requirements including background checks, MVR, and drug screening.
