Fabrication Shop Helper (Bilingual)
Irving, TX
Starting Pay: $18.00/hour
Raise and opportunity for permanent hire after 3½ months

Schedule:

• Start time: 7:00 AM
• 8–12 hour shifts, depending on production demands
• Overtime available as needed

Job Duties:

• Assist with production of post-tension cables
• Handle and move heavy materials throughout the shop
• Support machine operators and production staff
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow quality and safety procedures
• Work efficiently to meet production goals

Requirements:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Ability to lift and work with heavy post-tension cables
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
• Dependable and punctual
• Ability to stand, walk, and work for extended periods
• Manufacturing, warehouse, or construction experience is a plus
