Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis without the need for current or future employer sponsorship. ‎We are seeking a Site Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of site operations, ensuring exceptional performance in warehouse operations, customer service, administrative functions, safety, and profitability while driving operational excellence, employee development, and customer satisfaction.How you create impactLead all aspects of site operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and profitable performance.Build strong relationships with customers, leadership, and key stakeholders while delivering exceptional service.Drive operational excellence through strategic planning, workforce management, process improvement, and resource optimization.Lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams to achieve productivity, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction goals.Manage site financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, pricing, and profitability.Oversee facility operations, inventory storage, equipment, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.Collaborate with commercial teams to support business growth, customer retention, and new business opportunities.Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence across the site.Ensure compliance with all applicable Retail, Pharma, OSHA, federal, state, and local regulations.What we would like you to bringBachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field required.7+ years of management experience in a 3PL, distribution, or warehousing environment with P&L responsibility; healthcare or life sciences experience preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Proven experience in budgeting, workforce planning, operational management, and driving business results. Highly organized, analytical, and able to effectively prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
