Provides education to and support for the patients who chose to breastfeed; and to those patients who do not chose to breastfeed but may have questions about breast care after delivery. Provides education for the hospital staff and the community. Serves as a resource for hospital staff and physicians; and outpatient consultations on a referral basis.
