Full Time Executive Bedford, NH, US 4 days ago Requisition ID: 1340 Salary Range: $175,000.00 To $250,000.00 Annually CS Contract Solutions LLC is seeking an accomplished Chief Financial Officer to serve as the senior financial leader of a multi‑state telecommunications infrastructure services organization. The Chief Financial Officer reports directly to the managing partners and is responsible for the integrity, strategy, and execution of all financial operations while providing executive‑level partnership and guidance. Key Responsibilities Financial Strategy — Advise the CEO and ownership on financial direction, capital allocation, and risk. Maintain long‑range financial models and evaluate major business decisions. Financial Planning & Reporting — Lead budgeting, forecasting, and GAAP‑compliant financial statement preparation. Maintain executive dashboards and reporting packages. Accounting Operations — Oversee general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, reconciliations, internal controls, and multi‑state compliance. Cash Management & Treasury — Manage liquidity, working capital, banking relationships, credit facilities, and collections. Payroll Oversight — Provide executive oversight of multi‑state payroll for approximately 400+ employees using ADP Workforce Now. Contract Financial Management — Analyze profitability, review contract terms, support pricing strategy, and ensure margin protection. Team Leadership — Lead and develop the Finance & Accounting team and build scalable systems and processes. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or MBA strongly preferred Minimum 10 years of progressive financial leadership, including 5 years in a senior or Chief Financial Officer–level role Experience overseeing financial operations for a company with $100M+ in annual revenue Expertise in multi‑state financial operations, payroll tax compliance, and GAAP reporting Experience leading a finance team of four or more Strong financial modeling and accounting systems proficiency; ADP Workforce Now experience preferred Preferred Qualifications Telecommunications, field services, or project‑based industry experience Familiarity with piece‑rate workforce models and ISP billing Experience with private‑equity or lender reporting Background in integrations or rapid‑growth environments Core Competencies Strategic Thinking Executive Communication Integrity & Accountability Operational Partnership CS Core 5 — Values Honesty & Integrity Attitude Over Skills Courage Through Communication 3 E's: Energy, Effort & Execution Sharpen Your Axe Working Conditions In‑office role based at the Bedford, NH corporate headquarters Travel up to 25% to support field operations and multi‑state business needs Extended hours during budget cycles, audits, and year‑end Occasional remote flexibility in accordance with company policy #J-18808-Ljbffr
