Overview We are looking for a Senior Hands-on Salesforce Health Cloud Architect with strong experience in Healthcare Provider domain, Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360), and Agentforce. Key Skills Salesforce Health Cloud Must Have Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360 Must Have Agentforce Experience Strong Healthcare Provider Domain Knowledge Hands-on expertise in: LWC OmniScripts / OmniStudio Flows Apex & Core Salesforce Development Integrations & APIs Responsibilities Design and build Provider 360 solutions across Business Account, Provider Group/Facility, and Practitioner levels. Develop Salesforce UI solutions to display interactions, claims, disputes, authorizations, and credentialing data. Integrate Salesforce with Databricks/Data Lake and external APIs. Build AI-driven Agentic interfaces for provider insights, relationship scoring, and account summarization. Lead architecture, solution design, and hands-on development activities.
