Associate Attorney - Litigation

All candidates are asked to complete the Culture Index Assessment (5–10 minutes) What You’ll Do Independently manage and advance an active litigation caseload Draft, review, and finalize motions, briefs, pleadings, and correspondence Take and defend depositions Contribute to trial preparation and case strategy Provide structured legal analysis and practical client guidance Communicate proactively with clients and team members regarding case status and deadlines Maintain organized case materials and meet deadlines consistently What We’re Looking For 4–8 years of litigation experience Active Texas bar license Strong legal writing and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple deadlines with accuracy and consistency Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and strong organizational discipline Experience in commercial, construction, or real estate litigation is a plus We value attorneys who are dependable, proactive, and committed to producing work that reflects care, precision, and accountability. Compensation & Benefits Competitive Salary commensurate with experience Quarterly Bonus Potential - from 3% to 16% of total realized revenue with no billable hour requirements.
