We’re hiring Senior Software Engineers to join a newly formed software engineering function for a financially strong, fast-growing US business investing heavily in technology.

This is a rare opportunity to join at the beginning.

A new Software Development Manager has recently been hired, and the next phase is building out a high-performing engineering team around them. Rather than joining a large, established department or spending your time maintaining legacy systems, this is a chance to help shape how engineering is done from the ground up.

The work is genuinely greenfield, focused on building a modern cloud-based CRM and services platform with long-term ambitions to evolve into a SaaS product for the wider market.

What you’ll be doing

• Designing and building scalable backend services, APIs, and core software components using C# / .NET
• Solving complex technical problems across performance, scalability, architecture, and maintainability
• Working on cloud-based systems in AWS and contributing to modern engineering practices
• Supporting code quality, testing, CI/CD, and software engineering standards
• Collaborating closely with engineering leadership to shape technical direction and platform design
• Mentoring others and contributing to a strong engineering culture

Tech environment

The environment is Microsoft-leaning, but they’re open to engineers from other backend backgrounds if you’re comfortable working in a .NET environment.
