Location: Hilton Garden Inn in Shoreview

Position: Part-time Bartender

Shift: Every Wednesday and Saturday (4pm-close)

Pay: $14 plus tips

As a Bartender, you'll use your creativity to craft a variety of cocktails for guests to enjoy. You'll also make beer and wine recommendations, maintain a clean and organized bar area, and create memorable experiences in a fast-paced environment. If you enjoy interacting with people and delivering exceptional service, this role is for you.

What You'll Do:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine.
• Offer drink recommendations and answer guest questions about the menu.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.
• Interact with guests to provide an exceptional experience and promote a welcoming atmosphere.
• Support team members during high-volume periods and special events.

What You Will Bring:

• Energetic, outgoing personality with strong guest service skills.
• Prior bartending or hospitality experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to stand and work in a fast-paced environment for extended periods.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
