Job Details Job Title: PT: Home Health Location: Douglas, GA Setting: Home Health Pay Range: $2,088.40 - $2,192.82/week Schedule: 8-Hour Days (no rotation) Contract Length: 13 Weeks Candidate Type: Local candidates only - travel stipend not available; Traveler friendly - travel reimbursement available Requirements 2 years of experience as a PT Qualified applicants MUST have at least 2 years of experience in Home Health Valid Physical Therapist license Be willing to obtain State licensure Benefits Flexible Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision plans that work for you.
