RBT Intern – Virtual TrainingCompany: Camen Behavioral Services Location: Training is fully virtual; employment opportunities may vary by location Program Type: Internship / Pre-Certification Track Program Fee: $250 (includes training + background screening + competency assessment)About the InternshipCamen Behavioral Services is offering an RBT Internship Program designed to support individuals pursuing their Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification and possible future employment as an RBT with our team.This internship provides structured training, mentorship, and guidance to help you prepare for the RBT role and certification process.What You'll ReceiveInterns accepted into the program will receive: Access to a state-of-the-art 40-hour RBT training course (100% virtual) Optional weekly 1-hour virtual meetings with an ABA professional to ask questions, get support, and prepare for the RBT role Guidance on next steps toward certification and potential employmentProgram Timeline & Key RequirementsApplicants selected for the internship will complete the following steps:Attend an information sessionSign up for the internship programPay the $250 program feeComplete the 40-hour training course within 180 daysAfter course completion, submit an FDLE Level 2 Background Screening within 10 business daysIf approved, complete the Competency AssessmentInterview with Camen Behavioral Services and register for the RBT exam through the BACBIf selected, complete onboarding and begin employment (not guaranteed)Important NotesThis program does not guarantee employment.You must complete the 40-hour course within 180 days, or the program must be repurchased.Progression depends on passing the FDLE Level 2 background screening.Reimbursement OpportunityIf you are hired and remain employed with Camen Behavioral Services for 90 days, you may qualify for a 50% reimbursement of the program fee ($125).Ideal CandidatesThis internship is a great fit for individuals who are: Interested in starting a career in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Working toward becoming a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Motivated, coachable, and ready to follow a structured timeline Comfortable learning virtually and meeting deadlines
