Benefits Administrator - Remote (Must live in Phoenix AZ area)

We're partnering with an organization to hire a Benefits Administrator for a fully remote role supporting a multi‑state workforce. This position is highly employee-facing and best suited for someone who enjoys customer service, high-volume work, and guiding employees through benefits, leaves of absence, and accommodations with empathy and confidence. Highlights Support employees across multiple states Manage 20-25 active leaves at a time in a fast-paced environment Serve as the primary contact for benefits and leave inquiries, including a high-volume inbox Administer FMLA, state leaves, ADA accommodations, and internal leave programs Partner closely with managers and HR to ensure compliance and smooth return-to-work processes What We're Looking For 3+ years of experience in benefits and leave administration Strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and multi-state leave laws Proven ability to work directly with employees and managers Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable pulling reports Experience with HRIS platforms (ADP Workforce Now preferred) Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Compensation Salary up to $65,000 Standard business hours, remote (Must live in the Greater Phoenix AZ area) All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
