Position Overview:
Work remote or in office, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Medical Director (NP, PA, or Dr) to lead our hormone replacement clinic. The Medical Director will oversee all medical aspects of the clinic, ensuring the highest standard of patient care, safety, and efficacy. This individual will play a pivotal role in shaping our clinical protocols, driving growth, and maintaining our reputation as a trusted provider in hormone replacement therapy.

Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical leadership and direction to ensure the highest quality of care and adherence to medical protocols.
• Develop and implement clinical guidelines and procedures in line with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct patient consultations, assessments, and medical evaluations to determine eligibility for hormone replacement therapy.
• Design personalized treatment plans based on patient needs, medical history, and laboratory results.
• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment protocols as necessary, and ensure optimal outcomes.
• Stay current with advancements in hormone replacement therapy and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient care and outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.

Qualifications:

• Medical degree from an accredited institution.
• Board certification in an applicable specialty (e.g., Endocrinology, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine).
• Active medical license in good standing.
• Commitment to patient-centered care, safety, and quality.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving clinical practices.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems preferred.
