About the Company

A growing healthcare SaaS company is seeking an Account Executive to help drive continued expansion in the laboratory technology market. This is an opportunity to sell a proven product with an established customer base while helping shape the next phase of growth for the organization.

About the Role

We're looking for someone who enjoys prospecting, building pipeline, and managing opportunities from initial outreach through contract signature.

Responsibilities

• Generate and close new business opportunities within your territory
• Build and manage your own pipeline through prospecting, referrals, networking, events, and outbound outreach
• Manage the full sales cycle from discovery through close
• Engage executive, operational, and technical stakeholders
• Conduct discovery calls, product demonstrations, and business case discussions
• Collaborate with product, implementation, and leadership teams throughout the sales process
• Represent the company at industry conferences and customer events
• Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management activities

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an Account Executive or similar quota-carrying sales role

Required Skills

• Proven track record of generating new business and exceeding sales goals
• Experience managing a full sales cycle
• Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Experience selling SaaS, healthcare technology, healthcare software, diagnostics, laboratory technology, or other complex B2B solutions is highly desirable
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings, conferences, and industry events

Preferred Skills

• Experience selling into healthcare organizations
• Experience selling to laboratories, pathology groups, hospitals, or healthcare IT teams
• Familiarity with MEDDPICC, MEDDIC, Challenger, Sandler, or similar sales methodologies
• Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, or related sales technology experience

Pay range and compensation package

• Base Salary: $90,000-$120,000
• Target OTE: Approximately $240,000
• Uncapped commission plan
