Job Summary Job Description Lead the culinary experience at one of California’s premier mountain destinations. As the Executive Chef, you will oversee all culinary operations, drive innovative menu development, ensure exceptional food quality standards, and cultivate a high-performing kitchen team in a fast-paced hospitality environment. You will deliver memorable guest experiences while maintaining operational excellence, food safety, and financial performance. Qualifications Culinary degree preferred 5+ years of progressive culinary leadership experience Experience managing high-volume foodservice or hospitality operations Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards Proficiency with inventory management and cost controls Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and kitchen management systems Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods Key Responsibilities Lead culinary operations across all foodservice outlets Develop seasonal and innovative menu offerings Manage food and labor costs to achieve financial targets Train, mentor, and develop culinary team members Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards Maintain high-quality food presentation and execution Coordinate operational planning for events and peak business periods Oversee inventory management and purchasing processes Collaborate with operations leadership to enhance guest satisfaction Curious about Life at Levy?
