Job Description JOB DESCRIPTION Perform residential and commercial electrical installations, repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Diagnose electrical issues and ensure all work is completed according to local codes and safety standards. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical plans. Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, fixtures, and equipment. Coordinate with customers, project managers, and team members to complete projects efficiently. Maintain accurate documentation of completed work and materials used. Ensure compliance with company safety policies and industry regulations. Participate in ongoing training and support a positive team environment. Minimum 1+ year of electrical experience. Experience with electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and plans. Strong knowledge of electrical codes and safety procedures. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Experience in both residential and commercial electrical environments. Previous contract-to-hire experience.
