Locums | OB/GYN | Russellville, AR (AR license or IMLC accepted) Why This Role

• Full-scope clinic + call with weekend coverage
• Light call ratio: 1:4
• Expedited privileging available for clean histories
• Established practice with APP support
• IMLC accepted (with LOQ in hand)
Assignment Details
• Start: ongoing
• Schedule: 4 clinic days/week, 8a-4p with 1-hour lunch
• Call: Beeper, 1:4 ratio, 20-minute response (to be in facility)
• Weekend coverage: Friday 8a through Monday 8a
• Volume: ~60 births/month facility-wide
• Setting: Outpatient + inpatient, Level 3 trauma
• Nursery: Level II (delivers 34 weeks and above)
• Support: 2 APPs, MAs, 6 office staff; in-house lab and ultrasound; NST on site
• EMR: Athena and Meditech
• Credentialing: expedited privileges available for clean histories
• Nearest airport: Little Rock
Clinical Details
• Full-scope OB/GYN: low- and high-risk pregnancy, FHR interpretation, OB ultrasound (Level I and II), routine and complicated deliveries (vaginal, low forceps, c-section, breech, multiples, abruptions, VBAC), 3rd/4th degree laceration repair
• Gynecology: office/minor (IUD, colposcopy, LEEP) and surgical (open, laparoscopic, operative/major)
• Laser certification required
Requirements
• Board Certified or Board Eligible (with adequate progress toward certification, or equivalent competency demonstrated to MEC/board)
• Active AR license or IMLC (with Letter of Qualification in hand)
• BLS, PALS, fetal monitoring certification
Compensation
• Rate negotiable, open to your number
