Requirements

Licensure: Valid State Licensure as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) with current certification.
Education: Thorough understanding of dental anatomy, terminology, and medical terminology relevant to hygiene practice.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital radiography systems and aseptic techniques.
Compliance: Strong knowledge of infection control protocols, sterilization procedures, and HIPAA privacy regulations.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide empathetic, professional patient care.

Job Description

Clinical Preventative Care: Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling, polishing, and fluoride treatments, while maintaining strict infection control standards.
Patient Assessment: Conduct comprehensive screenings by reviewing medical histories, vital signs, and current medications to develop safe, effective treatment plans.
Oral Health Education: Empower patients through personalized instruction on oral hygiene practices, preventive measures, and the link between oral and systemic health.
Radiography & Documentation: Capture high-quality digital images and maintain meticulous patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Clinical Support: Assist with chairside procedures using effective four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency and patient comfort.
Professional Collaboration: Work closely with our experienced dental team to ensure accurate medical coding and seamless clinical flow.

Shift & Schedule

Monday & Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Weekends: Saturdays and Sundays closed.
