D365 CE Technical Lead




Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions.
Provide technical expertise across pre-sales and delivery phases.
Evaluate client requirements and align solutions with Microsoft and client offerings.
Develop end-to-end solutions based on Dynamics 365 CE and the Microsoft stack.
Create high-quality proposals, client presentations, and demonstrations.
Develop solution assets/accelerators and support go-to-market activities.
Lead delivery engagements, including planning and leading workshops.
Work closely with Microsoft and regional leaders to support business applications growth plans.
Conduct end-user training and create knowledge transfer documentation.
Manage data-centric discussions and system architecture processes.
Evaluate various data issues and analytical needs.
Requirements:
Strong specialization in Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.
Deep functional and technical knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE modules (Marketing, Sales,
Customer Service, Field Service, Project Operations, etc.).
Proficiency in Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power
Virtual Agents).
Experience with integration and data migration platforms.
Familiarity with DevOps processes.
Demonstrated experience in delivering complex and large-scale applications based on Dynamics 365 CE.
Experience working in Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile methodologies.
Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills.
Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex ideas to various stakeholders.
