Senior Retail Guest Experience Sales Specialist As a Senior Retail Guest Experience Sales Specialist at Bob’s Discount Furniture, you’ll bring energy, service, and leadership to our showroom floor. You’ll guide customers through a personalized shopping journey that reflects The Bob’s Way—honesty, integrity, and a customer‑first mindset—while leveraging tools and product knowledge to meet their home furnishing needs. In this service‑forward role, you’ll also support team development, safety protocols, and daily store operations. This position is based in‑store and requires flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
