Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working as a phlebotomist in a clinical or hospital setting. Additional certification in medical office administration or related clerical training. Proficiency with advanced EHR software and scheduling systems. Strong interpersonal skills with experience in patient-facing roles. Bilingual abilities to support diverse patient populations. Responsibilities Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection procedures following established protocols and safety standards. Accurately label and document all specimens collected to ensure proper identification and tracking. Schedule and confirm patient appointments for blood draws and other related procedures. Assist with inventory management of phlebotomy supplies and ensure work areas are clean and organized.
