If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you in a 20-bed medical-surgical unit that caters to a diverse patient population.

Join our healthcare partner's team, where you'll be an integral part of a unit known for its excellent staffing ratios and supportive environment. You will work primarily night shifts, but flexibility is key as you may be needed for other shifts, weekends, and holidays. Your role will also include attending staff meetings and potentially assisting with flu immunization clinics.

• Provide high-quality nursing care to adult and pediatric patients in a med-surg setting
• Maintain excellent patient-to-nurse ratios, ensuring personalized attention
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care
• Float to other departments as needed, based on your experience and competency
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices

Requirements:

• Three (3) years of med-surg experience, including 1 year of pediatric experience
• Comfortable working with both adult and pediatric patients
• American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
• Need 2 years experience in setting
