Responsibilities Lead shift as a manager to set the tone for the restaurant and create a positive work environment. Supervise and motivate crew to deliver fast, friendly service and maintain quality standards. Work to increase profits while maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction. Qualifications Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and lead a team that works well together. Passion for serving fresh, quality food and providing fast, friendly service.
