Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive financial planning, including investments and insurance services. Serve as a trusted advisor, working closely with clients to understand and meet their needs. Actively engage in sales efforts while focusing on building and maintaining strong client relationships. Commitment to learning and embracing emerging technologies to keep your practice competitive in the advisory market. Qualifications Series 65 or 66 license is required; CFP certification and / or CEPA designation are a plus. Life and Health Insurance License. Strong foundation in financial planning, with a particular focus on client service and fiduciary responsibility. Entrepreneurial mind-set with the ability to drive your own growth within the company. Compensation This role offers a minimal base salary of $25-30K per year, with a fee-based and commission based structure designed to reward your hard work. We’re flexible and willing to work with you to help build your book of business. You can expect a 3-6 month transition and onboarding period before generating revenue, during which we’ll provide the support and mentorship you need to succeed.
